How is pricing determined?
Every home and business is different. I build a custom quote around size, condition, requested services, and your cleaning goals. I will work with any budget!
Do you provide supplies & equipment?
It depends.
I will bring equipment for standard cleaning of homes and offices. If you would rather I use a specific product you already have, just tell me.
In the case of residential homes, clients usually prefer that I use their personal vacuum. Let me know your preferences in the quote request you submit.
Do I have to be home?
Not at all. Many clients give me access and go about their day. Whatever you are most comfortable with works.
How often should I schedule cleaning?
It depends on your home and lifestyle. Weekly and biweekly are most popular for upkeep, and monthly works well for lighter needs.
For businesses, I recommend setting up a routine schedule that fits the use of your office space. Less frequent but necessary cleaning objectives like office dusting can be scheduled with greater distance between services. I can help you determine your office cleaning needs.
Can I book recurring service?
Yes – this is highly encouraged to guarantee the best time slots on your schedule and to keep routine cleaning off your mental load.
Weekly, biweekly, and monthly routine upkeep are all available after your first cleaning.
When & how do I pay for the service?
For one-time cleaning bookings, custom quote work, and first-time cleanings, payment will be due when I am finished with the cleaning at your house. I accept cash or phone-to-phone payments (Stripe mobile) in-person. For businesses or those not home at the time of cleaning, I will issue an invoice due upon completion of my services.
If we have a cleaning cadence established, I can create weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning subscriptions via online invoicing and payment processing tools. This will ensure timely payments upon completion of scheduled work. Payments will be processed automatically on the determined date(s) we set.
